About ITMG Medical Group
At Integrated Tactical Medical Group (ITMG), our foundation is built on real-world experience in tactical medicine and rescue. Formed by seasoned Law Enforcement professionals, Trauma Center/ER Advanced Providers, Tactical Medics, and Military Corpsmen, ITMG was created to address a critical reality: There are moments when traditional Fire and EMS resources are unavailable, delayed, or overwhelmed, and immediate action is required.
That reality has driven us to expand our mission beyond public safety to include educators, community organizations, faith-based groups, and corporate response teams. Our firsthand experience has shown that effective outcomes depend on strong community partnerships and prepared individuals during the critical minutes before professional responders arrive. ITMG exists to close that gap by equipping those already on scene with the skills, confidence, and readiness to act when it matters most
